Description

This dish of green plantains with chicken and creole sauce is an explosion of tropical flavor that will transport you directly to the Caribbean. Peel and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add the tomatoes to the bowl. Cook 15 Min./100°C/speed 1. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation of the plantains

Peel the green plantain and cut it into large portions and diagonally or into slices.

First frying of the plantains

In a pot, heat oil to medium temperature. Add the plantain pieces and fry for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from the oil and pass through absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Crushing the plantains

Immediately crush the plantains until they are 2 cm thick.

Second frying of the plantains

Fry the plantains again for 2 minutes until they are slightly golden on each side. Remove from the oil and pass through absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Cook the chicken

Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast and cook in a pan until golden and cooked inside. Then chop the chicken into strips or smaller pieces.
