Description
This hearty ground meat and Pusztasalat soup is a quick and easy dish, ideal for student cooking. With just a few ingredients like ground meat, Pusztasalat, strained tomatoes, processed cheese and cream, it is prepared in no time. The soup is perfect as a main course and warms you up on cold days.

500 g Ground meat (mixed)

1 Glas Pusztasalat

1 Dose Tomatoes (strained)

1 Becher Cream processed cheese

1 Becher Processed cheese (herb)

1 Becher Sweet cream
Preparation (4 steps)
Brown ground meat
Brown the ground meat in a separate pan until it is well done.
Add Pusztasalat
Add the browned 500g ground meat to the mixing bowl. Add 1 jar of Pusztasalat with juice to the meat and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.
Add cheese and tomatoes
Add 1 container of cream processed cheese, 1 container of processed cheese (herb) and 1 can of strained tomatoes and mix for 5 min./60°C/speed 2.
Add cream and mix
Add 1 container of sweet cream and mix for 3 min./60°C/speed 2 Reverse.
