Description

This chicken curry cream is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for cold days. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 60 gramos Green beans
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 100 mililitros Cream of milk
  • 1 cucharadita Curry
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 chorro Oil
  • 480 mililitros Water

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare the vegetables

Wash and cut the green beans into thin diagonals. Peel and cut the carrot into small sticks, the same size as the green beans. Set aside.

Prepare the garlic

Peel the garlic clove and place it in the mortar with a pinch of salt. Crush until a paste forms. Set aside.

Sauté the vegetables and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Giro inverso/Velocidad cuchara 120 Reverse

Add a splash of oil to the Thermomix glass. Incorporate the green beans, carrot and garlic paste. Program 5 Min./120°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Cook the chicken

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/212°F/Giro inverso/Velocidad cuchara 100 Reverse

Open the chicken breast a little so that it cooks faster. Add the chicken breast, water and curry to the Thermomix glass. Program 20 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Shred the chicken

Remove the chicken breast from the glass and shred it with two forks until it is in strands. Set aside.

Add the cream and shredded chicken

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Giro inverso/Velocidad cuchara 90 Reverse

Add the shredded chicken and milk cream to the Thermomix glass. Program 3 Min./90°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Season and serve

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Serve hot.
