Description

This chicken-vegetable-pan is a hearty main course that is quick and easy to prepare. The recipe combines tender chicken breast with fresh vegetables such as peppers, leeks and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Ideal for a quick lunch or dinner for the whole family. The preparation time is about 35 minutes and yields 4 servings.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 250 g Onions
  • 1 Stange Leek
  • 1 Stück red Pepper
  • 1 Stück yellow Pepper
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 40 g Oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 EL Mustard
  • 1 TL Curry powder
  • 0.5 TL Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onions

Put 250 g Onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Add 40 g Oil to the chopped 250 g Onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/level 1.

Prepare and add vegetables

In the meantime, clean 1 stalk of Leek and cut into rings. Clean 1 red Pepper and 1 yellow Pepper and cut into strips. Clean 200 g Mushrooms and quarter them. Add the prepared vegetables (leek rings, pepper strips and mushroom quarters) to the sautéed onions in the mixing bowl.

Sauté vegetables

Sauté the vegetables (leek rings, pepper strips and mushroom quarters) in the mixing bowl for 5 Min./120°C/level 1.

Fry meat

Cut 500 g Chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and fry in a separate pan with some Oil.

Prepare sauce

Add 200 ml Vegetable broth, 100 g Cream cheese, 1 tbsp Mustard, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1/2 tsp Paprika powder, Salt and Pepper to the vegetables in the mixing bowl and cook for 10 Min./100°C/level 2.

Add meat

Add the fried Chicken breast fillet to the vegetables in the mixing bowl and heat for 5 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation level 1. Leave the measuring cup on.
