Description

This Thermomix® recipe for chicken breast fillet with summer vegetables is a high-protein main course with chicken breast fillet, peppers and broccoli.   • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Stück small Onion
  • 1 Stück small Pepper
  • 1 Handvoll Broccoli
  • 1.5 EL Italian frozen herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1.5 TL Curry
  • 0.5 Tasse Water

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop Onion

Peel onion and halve, add to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté Onion

Add chopped onion with some oil (not included in the ingredient list) to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Prepare Chicken

Wash the chicken breast fillet with cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into strips and season with curry.

Fry Chicken

Fry the chicken in a separate coated pan.

Prepare Broccoli

Divide broccoli into florets.

Steam Broccoli

Add 500 ml water (not included in the ingredient list) to the mixing bowl. Place broccoli in the Varoma container, place on top and cook for 15 min./Varoma/level 1.

Prepare Vegetables

Wash, core and cut the pepper into large cubes.

Mix Chicken and Vegetables

10 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 212°F Reverse

Add fried chicken, steamed broccoli and peppers to the mixing bowl. Add 0.5 cup water, Italian frozen herbs, salt, pepper and curry. Cook for 10 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Season with salt and pepper.
