Description

I love preparing this homemade pizza dough! It's a recipe I adapted for the Thermomix® and it gives a soft and flavorful dough every time. The key is to let the dough rise well so that it is light and airy. This recipe is perfect for a pizza night with family or friends. You can vary the toppings endlessly, according to everyone's tastes. A little quality olive oil and fresh herbs will enhance your pizza. Feel free to prepare it in advance, it keeps very well in the refrigerator!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 25 cl of lukewarm water
  • 2 c. à s. of olive oil
  • 1 c. à c. of salt or fine salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 30 g of fresh baker's yeast
  • 400 g of flour

Preparation of the yeast

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2

Pour 25 cl of lukewarm water into the Thermomix® bowl. Add 30 g of crumbled fresh baker's yeast and 1 pinch of sugar. Mix 10 Sek./Stufe 2.

Adding dry ingredients and oil

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt or fine salt and 200 g of flour to the Thermomix® bowl. Mix 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Kneading the dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add the remaining 200 g of flour. Knead 2 Min./Knetstufe.

First rise

Remove the dough from the Thermomix®, form a ball. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Deflating the dough

When the dough has risen well, knead it again by hand to remove the gas. The dough is ready to use.
