Description

This recipe for a hearty cutlet pan Alsatian style is an absolute hit when you need something quick! Juicy pork cutlets, topped with spicy diced ham and onions, baked with creamy sour cream and cheese - a feast for the palate. I like to make this version when I don't have much time but still want to put something hearty on the table. The preparation is very easy and the result tastes simply delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. It goes well with baked potatoes or pasta with cream sauce.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 600 g Pork loin or pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 120 g Sour cream
  • 120 g Diced ham raw
  • 1 piece m.-sized Onion(s)
  • 40 g Cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Nutmeg

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onion

Peel and quarter the onion and place in the mixing bowl. Then chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion

Add 2 tsp of oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Preheat oven and prepare cutlets

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Cut the pork loin or pork tenderloin into slices and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Briefly fry the seasoned cutlets in a pan with some oil.

Top cutlets

Place the fried meat in an ovenproof dish and spread with 120 g of sour cream. Distribute the sautéed onions and 120 g of diced ham on the cutlets. Finally, sprinkle everything with 40 g of grated cheese.

Bake

Place the prepared dish in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
