  • 250 g Onions
  • 40 g Oil
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Stange Leek
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 2 Stück Carrots
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Vegetable broth
  • 400 g Diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions

Add 250 g of onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add 40 g of oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown meat

Brown 500 g of ground beef in a separate pan until crumbly, then set aside.

Add and sauté vegetables

Cut 1 leek into rings, and 1 stalk of celery and 2 carrots into slices. Add the sliced vegetables to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Deglaze and season

Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of paprika powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of vegetable broth, 1 can of diced tomatoes (400g) and 500 ml of water to the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add ground beef and processed cheese

Add the browned ground beef and 200 g of processed cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 min./90°C/reverse blade speed 1.

Add and melt cheese

2 min/140°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 140°F Reverse

Add 100 g of grated cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./60°C/reverse blade speed 1 until the cheese is melted.
