Description
This hearty croquette casserole with minced meat sauce is a hearty and quick dish from the oven. The combination of crispy croquettes, spicy minced meat sauce and melted cheese makes it an ideal main course for the whole family. With the Thermomix®, the minced meat sauce can be prepared easily and quickly. The preparation time is approx. 65 minutes and is sufficient for 4 portions.

400 g Ground beef

2 EL Tomato paste

500 g Croquettes - Frozen

400 g Chopped tomatoes

100 g Sour cream

1 EL Parsley - chopped

100 g Grated cheese

nach Geschmack Salt

nach Geschmack Pepper
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Put onion in coarse pieces and garlic clove into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down from the edge with the spatula.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Fry minced meat
Brown the ground beef in a separate pan with some oil until it is crumbly.
Prepare minced meat sauce
Add the fried ground beef, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and simmer for 15 min./100°C/speed 1 reverse.
Layer casserole
Put the minced meat sauce in a casserole dish. Spread the frozen croquettes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake casserole
Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C top and bottom heat for 35-40 minutes until the croquettes are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
