Dieses Rezept für Honig-Glasierte Hähnchenschenkel ist ein absoluter Favorit, wenn es schnell gehen muss! Die Kombination aus süßem Honig, salziger Sojasauce und würzigem Ingwer macht das Gericht zu einem Geschmackserlebnis. Die Hähnchenschenkel werden in einer aromatischen Teriyaki-Sauce glasiert und mit Sesamkörnern und Frühlingszwiebeln bestreut. Perfekt für ein schnelles Mittagessen oder Abendessen unter der Woche. Serviere es mit Reis und gedämpftem Gemüse für eine vollwertige Mahlzeit. Die Zubereitung im Thermomix® ist kinderleicht und spart Zeit.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 6 piece skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 clove large garlic cloves
  • 1 piece thumb-sized ginger
  • 50 g runny honey
  • 30 ml light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 piece spring onions

Garlic and Ginger Preparation

Thermomix® Setting

Place 2 large garlic cloves and 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger into the Thermomix® bowl and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 7.

Sautéing Garlic and Ginger

Heat 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs and fry for 7 mins, or until golden. Add the garlic and ginger from the Thermomix® bowl to the pan and fry for 2 mins.

Teriyaki Sauce Preparation

Add 50g runny honey, 30ml light soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, and 100ml water to the pan with the chicken, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-5 mins over medium heat until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce.

Final Touches and Serving

Scatter 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 4 spring onions (chopped) over the chicken. Serve the chicken with rice and steamed vegetables.
