Dieses Ginger Beef Stir-Fry ist ein absolutes Highlight, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, aber trotzdem etwas Besonderes auf den Tisch soll! Das zarte Rindfleisch, mariniert in Sojasauce, Fischsauce und einer Prise Chili, bekommt durch den frischen Ingwer und das Zitronengras eine unglaublich aromatische Note. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und gelingt mit dem Thermomix® im Handumdrehen. Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden oder die Familie. Serviert mit Reis oder Nudeln und garniert mit Erdnüssen und frischem Basilikum – einfach köstlich!

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 350 g lean beef
  • 1 piece lemongrass stalk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 piece lime
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 piece green pepper
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 50 g roasted peanuts

Preparation (8 steps)

Lemongrass vorbereiten

Cut the lemongrass stalk into smaller pieces and place it into the mixing bowl.

Marinade vorbereiten

In a bowl, toss the 350g strips of lean beef with the chopped lemongrass, 1 tbsp soy sauce, half of the 2 tbsp fish sauce, half of the 4 tsp brown sugar, and half of the ½ tsp chilli flakes. Set aside in the fridge to marinate for at least 20 mins or up to 6 hrs.

Lime Dressing zubereiten

Mix the remaining fish sauce with the lime juice, remaining chilli flakes, the rest of the sugar and 3 tbsp water, then set aside.

Gemüse vorbereiten

Cut the 1 green pepper into strips and slice the 2 bunches of spring onions. Separate the white and green parts of the spring onions.

Place the 6 garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated ginger into the mixing bowl and chop. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.

Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, the green pepper strips, and the white parts of the spring onion to the mixing bowl. Sauté until softened.

Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the mixing bowl and sauté.

Fertigstellen

Return the steak to the pan, stir well, then add the lime dressing and most of the basil leaves, mixing well to coat. Divide the stir-fry between bowls alongside rice or noodles, then scatter with the chopped peanuts, the remaining basil leaves and the green parts of the spring onions.
