Description

This apple carrot raw vegetable salad is a refreshing and healthy salad that is quick and easy to prepare. With apples, carrots, oil, lemon juice and salt, it is ideal as a starter or light main course. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only a few minutes, making it perfect for everyday use. The salad is vegetarian and can be refined as needed.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 400 g Apples quartered
  • 250 g Carrots in pieces
  • 25 g Oil (e.g. walnut or rapeseed oil)
  • 20 g Lemon juice
  • 0.25 TL Salt

Add 400 g apples (quartered), 250 g carrots (in pieces), 25 g oil (e.g. walnut or rapeseed oil), 20 g lemon juice and ¼ tsp salt to the mixing bowl and chop for 6 sec./speed 5.
