Description
This fresh iceberg lettuce with herb dressing is an absolute must for every salad lover! I especially like to make it in the summer when the iceberg lettuce is crisp and fresh. The dressing with fresh parsley and onions gives the salad a special touch. It is quick to prepare and tastes simply delicious. Perfect as a side dish for grilling or as a light meal in between. A real all-rounder that is well received on every occasion!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

1 piece Iceberg lettuce

7 cl White wine vinegar
-
4 cl Olive oil
-
250 g Onion(s)

Parsley
-
Pepper
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare iceberg lettuce
Wash and drain the iceberg lettuce. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces (approx. 10cm long and 5cm wide) and place in a bowl.
Chop onions and parsley
Add 250 g onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then add the parsley and chop for another 2 sec./speed 5.
Prepare dressing
Add 7 cl white wine vinegar, 4 cl olive oil, salt and pepper to the onions and parsley in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Arrange salad
Pour the dressing over the iceberg lettuce in the bowl and mix carefully. Serve immediately.
