Description

This juicy gluten-free chocolate cake is a delight for all chocolate lovers. It's easy to prepare and perfect for festive occasions or simply with coffee. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g Butter
  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 50 g Dark chocolate (for the glaze)
  • 20 g Butter (for the glaze)

Preparation (12 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat.

Chop chocolate

Place 200 g dark chocolate, in pieces, into the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec/speed 8.

Melt chocolate

Add 150 g butter and the chopped chocolate and melt for 4 min/50°C/speed 2.

Add eggs and sugar

Add 4 eggs and 150 g sugar and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.

Grind almonds

10 sec/Speed 6

Place 100 g almonds in the mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 6.

Mix dry ingredients

Add ground almonds, 50 g cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 pinch of salt and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Finish dough

Insert the Patix dough cutter. Knead the dough for 1 min/kneading setting.

Fill dough in form and bake

Pour the dough into a greased and cocoa powder-dusted springform pan (20 cm diameter) and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes. Do a toothpick test!

Let the cake cool

After baking, let the cake cool in the form for about 10 minutes, then remove from the form and let cool completely.

Prepare chocolate glaze

For the glaze, place 50 g dark chocolate, in pieces, into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 8.

Melt glaze

Add 20 g butter and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Glaze cake

Coat the cooled cake with the chocolate glaze and decorate as desired.
