Description
This white rice is a simple and delicious accompaniment, perfect for any dish. I prepare it often because it is very versatile and everyone at home loves it. The key is in the garlic sofrito, which gives it a very special touch of flavor. In about 30 minutes you have white rice ready to enjoy. Ideal to accompany meats, fish or vegetables. A basic recipe that is always good to have on hand!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

200 gr rice

1.2 lt water
-
4 piece garlics
-
1 cucharada margarine or olive oil
-
1 pinch Salt
Preparation (3 steps)
Sauté the garlic
Peel 4 cloves of garlic and put them in the glass. Add 1 tablespoon of margarine or oil. Program 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.
Add the water
Add 1.2 liters of water and salt to taste. Program 8 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.
Cook the rice
Add 200 grams of rice. Program 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.
