  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 1 Prise Salt

Chop chocolate

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 sec/speed 8.

Melt chocolate

Leave the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl. Add the butter in pieces and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Add egg yolks

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Beat egg whites

Beat the egg whites with the salt in a separate bowl until stiff.

Fold in egg whites

Carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Not in the Thermomix.

Refrigerate

Fill the chocolate mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
