Description
Garlic-Potato-Corners from the Thermomix® are a hearty finger food with potatoes, Parmesan and garlic. The preparation with the Thermomix® takes about 45 minutes and yields 4 servings. The recipe is suitable as a starter, snack or side dish. Ideal for parties or as a vegetarian family meal.

100 g Parmesan

4 TL Garlic granules

4 TL Paprika powder

4 TL Herbs, Italian

Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut into corners.
Chop Parmesan
Put Parmesan into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./level 10.
Transfer Parmesan
Transfer the chopped Parmesan and set aside.
Prepare marinade
Put olive oil, garlic granules, paprika powder, Italian herbs, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
Marinate potatoes
Put the potato corners in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix well so that all the potatoes are covered.
Bake potatoes
Spread the marinated potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the baked potato corners with the chopped Parmesan and serve.
