Description

This recipe for crispy baked potatoes with rosemary and garlic is a hearty and vegetarian main course or a delicious side dish. The potatoes are sliced with the WunderSlicer V2 and then mixed with garlic, rosemary and olive oil in the Thermomix®. After a short baking time in the oven, they are golden brown and crispy. Ideal for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

1000 g Potatoes
4 Stück Garlic cloves
50 ml Olive oil
2 Zweige Rosemary
1 TL Salt
0.5 TL Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare potatoes

Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the desired slice (fine or coarse). Peel 1 kg potatoes and slice with the WunderSlicer V2. Collect the cut material in a bowl.

Prepare garlic and rosemary

Peel 4 garlic cloves and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Sauté garlic and rosemary

3 min/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add 50 ml olive oil and 2 sprigs of rosemary to the garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add potato slices

Add the sliced potatoes, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to the mixing bowl and mix carefully with the spatula. 5 sec./reverse/level 3.

Bake potatoes

Spread the potato mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
