Description

This crispy mustard chicken is a simple and flavorful dish, perfect for a family meal. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 4 piece Chicken thighs
  • 1 c. à café Vinegar
  • 1 c. à soupe Old-fashioned mustard
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Coriander seed
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Preparation (5 steps)

Chicken marinade

In a salad bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of old-fashioned mustard and salt. Add the 4 chicken thighs and coat well with the marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Oven preheating

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

Preparation of spiced breadcrumbs

In a plastic bag, pour breadcrumbs, a pinch of ground coriander seeds, a pinch of cumin and salt. Close the bag and mix well to distribute the spices.

Coating the chicken

Put a chicken thigh in the bag containing the spiced breadcrumbs. Close the bag and shake to coat the chicken thigh well with breadcrumbs. Repeat the operation with the other chicken thighs.

Baking in the oven

Arrange the breaded chicken thighs in an oven dish. Bake and cook for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
