Description

These confectionery balls are a wonderful, healthy snack for in between meals or a small sweet after the meal. I often make them when I feel like something sweet, but don't want to consume too much sugar. The dates provide a natural sweetness and the nuts provide valuable fats and proteins. The freeze-dried raspberries give a fruity note. They are super quick to prepare and keep in the refrigerator for a few days. You can also freeze them well. Vary the nuts and dried fruits as you like! Instead of raspberries, blueberries or cranberries also taste very good.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 200 g Dates
  • 100 g chopped Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Baking cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 20 g freeze-dried Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • Coconut flakes, ground almonds or Sesame

Preparation (4 steps)

1

Chop and mix Ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
