Kotlety - Russian Meat Patties are a hearty main course with ground meat, potatoes and onions, prepared in the Thermomix®. The simple recipe makes about 15 meat patties. The preparation time is 30 minutes in total. Ideal for a quick family meal or lovers of Russian cuisine.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

2 Stück Onions
90 g Potatoes
2 Stück Eggs
500 g Ground meat
45 g Breadcrumbs
1 Prise Salt
1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onions and potatoes

Thermomix® Setting

4 sec/Speed 6

Put onions (2 pieces) and potatoes (90g) into the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./speed 6.

Scrape down chopped vegetables and chop again

15 sec/Speed 6

Scrape everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl with the spatula and chop again for 15 sec./speed 6.

Add more ingredients and mix

Add eggs (2 pieces), ground meat (500g), breadcrumbs (45g), salt and pepper and mix for 1 min./kneading stage. Scrape everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl with the spatula and mix again for 20 sec./kneading stage.
