Description

This vegan red lentil Bolognese from the Thermomix® is a quick and protein-rich main course with red lentils, soup vegetables, and tomatoes. In just 25 minutes, you can create a delicious pasta sauce for 4 servings. Ideal for light, vegetarian cuisine and a quick family meal. Thanks to the Thermomix®, the recipe is easy to prepare.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 1 Bund Soup vegetables carrot, celery, leek
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 3 EL Tomato paste
  • 200 g red lentils
  • 300 g Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Red wine e.g. Dornfelder
  • 1 Dose Tomatoes, peeled
  • Thyme
  • Marjoram
  • Oregano fresh or dried
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop the onion

Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down with the spatula and set aside.

Chop the soup vegetables

Place the soup vegetables in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Add the onions.

Sauté the tomato paste

Add the tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes/speed 1/reverse Varoma.

Cook the remaining ingredients

20 min/212°F/Speed 1 212°F Reverse

Scrape down with the spatula. Cook the remaining ingredients (red wine, red lentils & canned tomatoes) at 100 degrees/reverse 20 minutes.
