1 Bund Soup vegetables carrot, celery, leek

200 g red lentils

300 g Vegetable broth

100 g Red wine e.g. Dornfelder

1 Dose Tomatoes, peeled

Thyme

Marjoram
-
Oregano fresh or dried

Preparation (5 steps)
Chop the onion
Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down with the spatula and set aside.
Chop the soup vegetables
Place the soup vegetables in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Add onions.
Sauté the tomato paste
Add tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes/speed 1/Reverse Varoma.
Cook the remaining ingredients
Scrape down with the spatula. Cook the remaining ingredients (red wine, red lentils & canned tomatoes) at 100 degrees/Reverse 20 minutes.
Season
Season with salt and pepper & spices.
