Description
This chocolate pudding with white chocolate and rum is a simple and festive dessert. Preparation takes about 20 minutes, and cooling takes about 2 hours. This recipe is suitable for anyone looking for a quick and delicious sweet treat.

2 Stück Shot glasses of rum

1 Riegel Nescafé Classic (instant coffee)
Preparation (8 steps)
Cook chocolate pudding
Add 1/2 l milk and 1 packet of chocolate pudding to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./100°C/speed 2.
Let pudding cool
Pour the chocolate pudding into a bowl and let it cool completely.
Stir pudding
Add the cooled chocolate pudding to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Whip cream
Add 1/4 l cream to the mixing bowl with the butterfly whisk and whip until stiff for 2-3 min./speed 3.5. Watch the cream so that it does not turn into butter.
Fold in cream and rum
Add the whipped cream and 2-3 shot glasses of rum to the chocolate pudding in the mixing bowl and fold in for 10 sec./reverse/speed 2.
Grate white chocolate
Place the white chocolate on the mixing bowl lid with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2. Select the fine slice and grate the 1 bar of white chocolate into the mixing bowl. Catch the shredded material.
Fold in chocolate
Add the grated white chocolate to the pudding in the mixing bowl and fold in for 10 sec./reverse/speed 2.
Add coffee (optional)
If necessary, add some instant coffee (e.g. 1 stick "Nescafé Classic") to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 sec./reverse/speed 2.
