Description

This classic Lasagna Bolognese is a hearty and filling dish, ideal for a family meal or for guests. With fresh ingredients and a creamy béchamel sauce, it's a real treat. Preparation takes about 90 minutes and yields 6 servings. A hearty main course for the cold season.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 1 Bund smooth Parsley
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g mixed Minced meat
  • 1 EL Oregano
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 800 g Peeled tomatoes - can
  • 12 Stück Lasagna sheets
  • 150 g grated Cheese
  • 30 g Butter
  • 25 g Flour
  • 500 ml Milk
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Nutmeg

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onion, garlic and parsley

Put 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 bunch of smooth parsley in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Fry minced meat (NOT in the Thermomix!)

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry 500 g mixed minced meat in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry briefly.

Prepare Bolognese

Put the fried minced meat in the mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and fry for 2 min./120°C/speed 1. Then add 800 g peeled tomatoes (can), 1 tbsp oregano and the chopped parsley and simmer for 30 min./100°C/speed 1.

Prepare béchamel sauce

Put 30 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 1.

Make a roux

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Add 25 g flour and sauté for 3 min./100°C/speed 2.

Finish the béchamel sauce

Thermomix® Setting
8 min/194°F/Speed 3 90

Add 500 ml milk and bring to the boil for 8 min./90°C/speed 3, stirring, until a creamy sauce is formed. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.

Layer lasagna

Layer the lasagna in a baking dish as follows: Bolognese, then alternating lasagna sheets (12 pieces), Bolognese and béchamel sauce. Finish with the sauce.

Sprinkle cheese and bake

Cover the lasagna with 150 g grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
