Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 100 g Butter
  • 120 g Chocolate Noir 72%
  • 20 g Wheat flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Butter and cocoa powder for the molds
  • Berries, mint, powdered sugar for decoration
  • 2 piece Whole eggs
  • 2 piece Egg yolks
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Melt chocolate and butter

Cut butter into pieces and place in the mixing bowl together with the chocolate in pieces and melt in a water bath. 5 min./50°C/level 1

Beat eggs, yolks and sugar

Thermomix® Setting

Add eggs, yolks and powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./level 3 until the mixture is light and frothy.

Stir in chocolate-butter mixture

Thermomix® Setting

Slowly stir the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the mixing bowl. Add vanilla extract and mix for 20 sec./level 2.

Fold in flour and salt

Sift flour and salt over the mixture and carefully fold in with a spatula.

Prepare molds and fill in dough

Grease ramekins (150 ml) thoroughly with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Fill the dough into the molds to about ¾.

Bake cakes

Preheat the hot air fryer to 180 °C and bake the cakes for 7-9 minutes. The edge should be firm and the middle still a little soft.

Serve

Let cool for 1 minute, then carefully loosen the edge with a knife and turn out onto plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with berries and mint and serve immediately.
