Description
This Golden Milk with Coconut Milk and Cinnamon is a warming drink that is especially good in the cold season. Refined with turmeric, ginger and honey, it is not only tasty, but also healthy. Preparation in the Thermomix® only takes a few minutes and yields one serving. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast or as a warming treat in the evening.

Preparation (3 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 250 ml coconut milk, 1 tsp turmeric (ground), 0.5 tsp cinnamon (ground), 0.25 tsp ginger (ground), 1 pinch of pepper (ground) and 1 tsp honey to the mixing bowl.
Heat Golden Milk
Heat the ingredients in the mixing bowl for 5 min./80°C/speed 2.
Froth Golden Milk
Froth the Golden Milk in the mixing bowl for 20 sec./speed 4.
