Description
This lemon cream is a refreshing dessert that is easy to prepare in the Thermomix®. With yogurt, lemon and condensed milk, it is a sweet treat for the summer. Preparation takes only a few minutes and is ideal as a light dessert or for a small snack in between.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

2 dl Cream

500 gr Plain Yogurt
-
2 Stück Lemon peel and juice

1 Tube Sweetened condensed milk
Preparation (3 steps)
Whisk cream until stiff
Put 2 dl cream into the mixing bowl and whisk with the butterfly 2 min./speed 3.5 until stiff. Transfer and set aside.
Mix ingredients
Put 500 gr plain yogurt, 2 lemon peel and juice and 1 tube sweetened condensed milk in the mixing bowl and stir 20 sec./speed 3.
Fold in whipped cream
Add the whipped cream to the ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir in 10 sec./gentle stir setting/reverse.
