20 ml Lemon juice
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare sugar for the rim
Halve the lemon slice and cut a slit in the middle. Use the lemon slice to wet the rim of a heat-resistant glass. Remove the lemon slice and dip the rim of the glass in sugar.
Heat lemon juice, water and honey
Squeeze the lemons, measure out 60 ml of juice and add to the mixing bowl with lemon liqueur (120 ml), 120 ml water and honey (2-3 tsp). Heat for 5 min./60°C/speed 2, but do not boil.
Prepare Tipsy Lemon
Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with the other half of the lemon slice.
Heat apple juice and sugar
Add 210 ml apple juice and 2-3 tsp cane sugar to the mixing bowl. Heat and stir for 3 min./60°C/speed 2 until the sugar has dissolved.
Prepare ginger
Peel the ginger (20 g), cut into thin slices, weigh out 15 g and add to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Let the ginger steep
Add 20 ml lemon juice and let steep for 2 min./60°C/reverse speed 1, but do not boil.
Prepare Well-Behaved Apple
Pour through a sieve into a heat-resistant glass. Add the remaining ginger slices to the glass. Enjoy hot.
