  • 225 g room temperature butter
  • 85 g icing sugar
  • 1 Stück eggs
  • 27 g wheat flour 700
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • jam for filling
  • chocolate glaze
  • 1 Stück egg yolk
  • 1 Prise lemon zest

Mix butter and sugar

Put 140 g of room temperature butter and 120 g of icing sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3.

Add eggs

Add 2 eggs and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Add flour and milk

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/keine/Kneading speed

Add 270 g wheat flour 700 and 20 g milk and knead for 2 min./kneading function.

Process dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, roll it out on a floured work surface and cut out cookies.

Bake

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.

Fill and Glaze

After cooling, fill the cookies with jam and coat with chocolate glaze.
