Quickly made egg liqueur for festive occasions.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 750 ml Milk
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 7 Stück Egg yolk
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml Spirit

Preparation (3 steps)

Mix eggs, milk and sugar

Add 1/4 l milk, 400 g sugar and 7 egg yolks to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 min./70°C/speed 3.

Add 1/4 l ml whipped cream and vanilla sugar and stir for 2 min./70°C/speed 2.
