Description

This egg liqueur, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a creamy drink with eggs, sugar, cream and double grain. With a preparation time of 60 minutes, of which 15 minutes are active working time, the recipe yields one serving. Ideal as an accompaniment to coffee or for special occasions. The simple preparation makes it suitable even for baking beginners.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 9 piece whole Eggs size M
  • 450 g Sugar
  • 400 g Cream
  • 750 g Double grain
  • 5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 300 g Milk 1,5%

Preparation (5 steps)

Stir sugar and eggs

Add 9 whole Eggs size M and 450 g sugar to the mixing bowl and stir for 3 min./level 4.

Add cream

Add 400 g cream and stir for 30 sec./level 3.

Add double grain and vanilla sugar

Add 750 g double grain and 5 packets of vanilla sugar and stir for 20 sec./level 3.

Add 300 g milk 1.5% and stir for 10 sec./level 3.

Baking

Place the dough in a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 45-60 minutes.
