Description
These glazed moons are a delicious pastry, which is especially good for Christmas time. The preparation is simple and succeeds with the Thermomix® in no time. The combination of butter, sugar, flour and chocolate makes these cookies a real treat. The glaze gives the moons an extra sweetness and a festive appearance.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

150 g Butter

150 g Sugar

150 g Flour

1 Msp. Baking powder

4 Stück Eggs

100 g Chocolate

250 g Icing sugar

Rum

Hot water
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix butter, sugar and flour
Add 150 g butter, 150 g sugar and 150 g flour to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.
Add baking powder and eggs
Add 1 tsp baking powder and 4 eggs and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
Add chocolate
Add 100 g chocolate and mix for 10 sec/speed 4.
Process and bake dough
Shape the dough into moons and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Prepare glaze
Add 25 dag icing sugar, rum and hot water to the mixing bowl and stir for 15 sec./speed 3.
Glaze moons
Coat the cooled moons with the glaze.
