Description

This creamy mashed potatoes from the Thermomix® is the perfect side dish for hearty meals. The main ingredients are potatoes, milk and butter, refined with nutmeg. 1000 g Potatoes, floury
100 ml Milk
20 g Butter
0.5 TL Nutmeg, grated
0.5 TL Salt
0.25 TL Pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare potatoes

Peel and quarter the potatoes. Place in the steamer basket.

Fill with water and cook potatoes

25 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Add 500 ml water to the mixing bowl, insert the steamer basket and cook for 25 min./Varoma/speed 1.

Remove the steamer basket and empty the water from the mixing bowl. Put the potatoes back into the mixing bowl. Add 100 ml milk, 20 g butter and nutmeg. Mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
