The Swimming Pool Cocktail is a refreshing, summery drink with Vodka, Blue Curaçao, Pineapple Juice, and Coconut Cream. Preparation with the Thermomix® is quick and easy. Perfect for parties or a relaxed evening. One serving is prepared in just a few minutes.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

4 cl Vodka
2 cl Blue Curaçao
8 cl Pineapple Juice
2 cl Coconut Cream
150 g Ice Cubes
1 Stück Pineapple Slice
1 Stück Cocktail Cherry

Preparation (3 steps)

Chop Ice Cubes

10 sec/Speed 8

Add 150 g Ice Cubes to the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 8.

Add 4 cl Vodka, 2 cl Blue Curaçao, 8 cl Pineapple Juice and 2 cl Coconut Cream to the mixing bowl with the chopped Ice Cubes and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Serve Cocktail

Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a Pineapple Slice and a Cocktail Cherry. Optionally, the rim of the glass can be decorated with a Lemon Slice and Sugar.
