Description

These coconut macaroons with white chocolate are a delicious pastry, ideal for the Christmas season. The recipe is easy to prepare and succeeds in no time with the Thermomix®. The macaroons are a perfect dessert or finger food for festive occasions. With just a few ingredients you can conjure up about 25 of these delicious delicacies.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g White chocolate

Preparation (6 steps)

Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy

Put eggs and sugar into the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 3.5 with the butterfly.

Add desiccated coconut and vanilla sugar

20 sec/Speed 3

Add desiccated coconut and vanilla sugar and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3. Remove butterfly.

Process dough

Use a teaspoon to place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake macaroons

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15-20 minutes.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Put white chocolate in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 7. Then melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.

Decorate macaroons

Decorate the cooled macaroons with the melted chocolate.
