Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 30 muffin cups with paper liners. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Bake cupcakes

Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 18 to 22 minutes. Cool in the pans for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Prepare cream cheese frosting

Add 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, and ½ cup butter, softened, to the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4 until light and fluffy.

Add 3 cups confectioners' sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 after each addition, until desired frosting consistency is reached.
