Description

This beef with beer and gingerbread is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for autumn or winter evenings. I love preparing this dish because it fills the whole house with delicious smells. The beer brings an incredible depth of flavor, while the gingerbread melts and thickens the sauce, giving it a velvety texture and a subtly sweet aroma. Ideal for a convivial meal with family or friends, this stew is even better reheated the next day. Serve it with steamed potatoes or a vegetable puree for a complete and gourmet meal. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Mustard
  • Salt or fine salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 piece onions
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 4 slice of gingerbread
  • 50 cl of beer
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1.5 kg of ground beef

Add the onions and the carrot

Add 20 g of butter and sauté 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the meat and the spices

In a pan, brown 1.5 kg of ground beef with mustard, salt and pepper. Then add the meat to the Thermomix bowl.

Add the beer, the sugar and the gingerbread

Add 50 cl of beer, 20 g of sugar and 4 slices of gingerbread, cut into pieces, in the bowl.

Cook the beef bourguignon
