Description
This cranberry mayonnaise is a delicious sauce that is ideal as a dip or with meat dishes. It is prepared with mayonnaise, cranberry jam, mustard and finely chopped shallots. Preparation takes only 10 minutes and is easy. Perfect for a quick lunch or as a side dish for dinner.

100 g Sour cream

3 EL Cranberry jam

1 EL Mustard

2 Stück Shallots

Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare shallots
Peel and halve 2 shallots. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slicing disc. Use the WunderSlicer V2 to slice the shallots into fine slices and collect the sliced pieces.
Prepare mayonnaise
Add 100 g mayonnaise, 3 tbsp cranberry jam and 1 tbsp mustard to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Add shallots
Add the sliced shallots from step 1 to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec/Reverse/speed 2. Season with salt.
