Description

This unbeatable garlic sauce is a simple and quick recipe that is prepared with the Thermomix®. The sauce consists of sour cream, yogurt, fresh chives and lots of garlic. It is ideal as a dip for vegetables, bread or as a side dish for grilled meat. The preparation time is only 15 minutes, making it perfect for quick cooking.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

1 Becher Sour cream
150 ml Yogurt
1 Bund fresh Chives
12 Stück Garlic cloves

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare garlic

Thermomix® Setting

3 sec/Speed 7

Peel 12 garlic cloves and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare chives

Wash 1 bunch of fresh chives, shake dry and finely chop. Alternatively, place the WunderSlicer V2 with the fine slice on the mixing bowl lid, fill in the chives and chop. Collect the chopped material.
