Description

This Mediterranean pasta salad with feta cheese is a fresh and delicious dish, perfect for hot days. The combination of pasta, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, tuna and anchovy-stuffed olives creates an explosion of flavors in every bite. It is very easy and quick to prepare, ideal for a light lunch or an informal dinner. I often prepare it in summer and it is always a success. You can add other vegetables such as cucumber or pepper to make it even more complete. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g vegetable spirals
  • 15 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 15 piece feta cheese cubes
  • 2 can tuna
  • 1 can Anchovy stuffed olives
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 al gusto Aove

Preparation (4 steps)

Cooking the pasta

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 + Tiempo del paquete/212°F/Speed 1 100

Place 1000 ml of water in the glass. Program 10 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Add 250 g of vegetable pasta through the spout and program the time indicated on the pasta package/100°C/Stufe 1. Once cooked, drain the pasta in the Varoma and rinse with cold water.

Preparation of the ingredients

While the pasta is cooking, cut 15-20 cherry tomatoes in half and 1 small can of anchovy-stuffed olives into slices. Drain the oil from 2 cans of tuna.

Mixing the salad

In a large bowl, combine the cooked and drained pasta, the chopped cherry tomatoes, the sliced olives, the drained tuna and 15-20 feta cheese cubes. Mix gently with a spatula.

Dressing and presentation

Sprinkle fresh chopped basil over the salad. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to taste. Mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated. Serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy cold.
