Description
This Thermomix® pancake mix made from wheat flour, sugar, egg substitute powder, vanilla sugar and baking powder is ideal for quick student cooking. In just 10 minutes, a ready-made mixture for approx. 8 servings of fluffy pancakes is created. Perfect for pre-cooking and as a base for a quick breakfast or dessert. Suitable for anyone who has little time and still doesn't want to miss out on homemade pancakes.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

250 g Wheat flour Type 405

30 g Sugar

15 g Egg substitute powder
-
1 TL homemade Vanilla sugar

1 Pck. Baking powder

1 Prise Salt
-
200 g Milk
-
50 g Sparkling water
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix dry ingredients
Put 250 g wheat flour type 405, 30 g sugar, 15 g egg substitute powder, 1 tsp homemade vanilla sugar, 1 packet of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 6.
Fill mixture into bottle
Pour the mixture into a bottle and close well.
Prepare pancakes
Add 200 g of milk and 50 g of sparkling water to the bottle, close well and shake vigorously for 10 sec./speed 4 until a smooth dough is formed.
Bake pancakes
Pour the dough in portions into a hot, greased pan and bake approx. 8 pancakes from both sides until golden brown.
