Homemade BBQ spice mixture for grilling meat and vegetables.
Ingredients (12 ingredients)

4 EL Sweet paprika powder

2 EL Hot paprika powder

2 EL Brown sugar

2 EL Salt
-
1 EL Pepper
-
1 EL Garlic powder
-
1 EL Onion powder
-
1 EL Smoked paprika powder

1 EL Cumin
-
1 EL Mustard seeds
-
1 EL Celery salt

0.5 TL Cayenne pepper
Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare spices
Add all spices to the mixing bowl: 4 tbsp sweet paprika powder, 2 tbsp hot paprika powder, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp celery salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
Grind spices
Grind all spices in the mixing bowl for 20 sec/speed 10 until a fine mixture is formed. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat the process.
Transfer spice mixture
Pour the finished BBQ spice mixture into an airtight container and store in a dry place.
