The different types of pepper harmonize perfectly with each other and give every dish a special touch. Whether for meat, fish, vegetables or simply for seasoning sauces - this mixture is an absolute must for every pepper lover. The preparation is very simple and quick, so you have a high-quality spice at hand in no time. Also ideal as a small gift for friends and family!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

10 g Mountain Pepper Black
10 g Mountain Pepper Green
10 g Long Pepper
10 g Cubeb Pepper
10 g Pepper Allspice
10 g Sichuan Pepper
10 g Kampot Pepper Red
10 g Kampot Pepper White

Preparation (2 steps)

Grind pepper varieties

20 sec/Speed 8 oder 8 sec/Speed 6

Put all ingredients, 10 g mountain pepper black, 10 g mountain pepper green, 10 g long pepper, 10 g cubeb pepper, 10 g pepper allspice, 10 g Sichuan pepper, 10 g Kampot pepper red and 10 g Kampot pepper white, into the mixing bowl and either grind for 20 sec./speed 8 or chop for a coarser grinding for 8 sec./speed 6.

Fill pepper mixture

Fill the finished pepper mixture into an airtight container or a pepper mill. In the case of the crushed version, put the mixture into a pepper mill to grind it fresh if necessary.
