0.5 cup granulated sugar

4 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

750 milliliter bottle extra dry sparkling wine

16 ounce bottle apple cider
Preparation (3 steps)
Combine Sugar and Spice
Add ½ cup granulated sugar and 4 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.
Prepare Glasses
Dip champagne flute rims in water, then season each rim with the sugar and pumpkin spice mixture. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
Assemble Mimosa
Add 1/2 cup of sparkling wine to each glass. Fill the rest of the glass with apple cider. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
