Description

Pizza raclette is an absolute hit with us! Everyone can top their mini pizza themselves according to their mood. The recipe is super easy and quick to prepare, perfect for a cozy evening with friends or family. The pizza dough from the refrigerated section saves time, and the fresh ingredients such as cocktail tomatoes, peppers and mini mozzarella ensure a delicious taste. With the Thermomix® the ingredients can be prepared in no time at all. A great dish that is guaranteed to please everyone!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 400 g Pizza dough (refrigerated section)
  • 200 g sieved tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 piece Mini-salamis
  • 1 can Corn (small)
  • 5 piece Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 piece small green pepper
  • 1 piece small red onion
  • 250 g Mini-mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Basil

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare tomato sauce

Thermomix® Setting

Add 200 g sieved tomatoes, 1 teaspoon oregano, pepper and salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 seconds/speed 3.

Prepare vegetables

Wash 5 cocktail tomatoes and 1 small green pepper thoroughly. Slice the tomatoes and dice the pepper into small cubes. Peel 1 small red onion and cut into rings. Cut 2 mini-salamis into thin slices. Wash 1 tablespoon of basil and shake dry.

Prepare ingredients

Cut the finished pizza dough (400 g) to the size of the raclette pans. Drain 1 can of corn through a sieve. Cut 250 g of mini-mozzarella into slices. Have all ingredients ready in small bowls.

Cover raclette pans

Grease the raclette pans with a little oil. Place the dough in the pans, spread with the prepared tomato sauce and top with the prepared ingredients as desired.

Bake pizza raclette

Bake the topped pans in the raclette grill for about 5-8 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and serve

Garnish the finished pizza raclette pans with fresh basil and serve immediately.
