Description

These Keto Mini Salami Pizzas are a delicious low-carb alternative to classic pizza. The cauliflower base makes them an ideal snack or finger food for parties. Preparation is simple and takes only 30 minutes. Perfect for anyone who wants to eat a low-carbohydrate diet.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 g Cauliflower
  • 125 g Grated mozzarella
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 2 EL Almond flour
  • 1 TL Italian herbs
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 70 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 50 g Grated mozzarella
  • 50 g Mini salami

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare cauliflower

Thermomix® Setting

Divide the cauliflower into florets and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process until the cauliflower is finely chopped.

Cook cauliflower

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Place the chopped cauliflower in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes until soft. Alternatively, the cauliflower can also be steamed in the Varoma. To do this, add 500 ml water to the mixing bowl, place the cauliflower in the Varoma container and cook for 20 min./Varoma/speed 1. After cooking, squeeze the cauliflower well to remove excess water.

Prepare dough

Put the squeezed cauliflower back into the mixing bowl. Add 125g grated mozzarella, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Mix for 20 sec./speed 4.

Shape and pre-bake pizzas

Form the dough into 6 small circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for 10 minutes.

Top pizzas

Spread the pre-baked pizzas with 70g of sieved tomatoes. Top with 50g grated mozzarella and 50g mini salami.

Finish baking pizzas

Bake the topped pizzas for another 10 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
