Description

These self-made mini pizzas are a delicious snack or finger food for parties. With flour, yeast, water, olive oil and strained tomatoes as a base, they can be easily prepared in the Thermomix®. The preparation time is 180 minutes, of which 45 minutes are active working time, and yields about 30 servings. Ideal for a hearty, warm family meal or as a Mediterranean delicacy.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 450 g Flour
  • 42 g Yeast
  • 200 ml lukewarm Water
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Prise Sugar
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 250 g strained Tomatoes
  • 2 TL Oregano (dried spice)
  • 100 g young Gouda
  • 1 Stück red pointed pepper
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g Salami
  • 50 g Cooked ham
  • 1 kl. Dose Pineapple
  • 6 Stück black Olives
  • 1 Prise Salt

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare yeast

Put 200 ml lukewarm water into the mixing bowl. Crumble in 42 g yeast and stir for 2 min./37°C/speed 2.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Kneading speed

Add 450 g flour, 50 ml olive oil, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 tsp salt to the yeast mixture in the mixing bowl. Knead for 3 min./kneading level to a smooth dough.

Let dough rise

Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise covered in a bowl in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Roll out and cut out the dough

Knead the dough again on a floured work surface and roll out to approx. 5 mm thick. Cut out dough circles with a glass (approx. 8 cm diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Knead the dough scraps, roll out again and cut out until the dough is almost used up.

Prepare tomato sauce

Put 250 g strained tomatoes, 2-3 tsp oregano and salt into the mixing bowl and stir for 5 sec./speed 3.

Prepare topping

Thermomix® Setting

Put 100 g Gouda in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer. Cut pointed peppers, mushrooms, salami, cooked ham, pineapple and olives into small pieces.

Top pizzas

Spread about 1-2 tsp of tomato sauce on the dough pieces per mini pizza. Sprinkle with the chopped Gouda and top with the prepared ingredients as desired.

Bake pizzas

Bake the topped mini pizzas on the second rack from the bottom in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 10-15 minutes.
