Description

This chocolate mousse is an absolute delight, perfect for lovers of intense dark chocolate. I often prepare it for dinners with friends or for a little treat at the end of the week. Its melting texture and rich cocoa taste make it an irresistible dessert. The recipe is simple and quick to make, ideal for those who don't have much time but want to impress their guests. It is particularly appreciated in winter, but I gladly serve it all year round. A true chocolate bliss!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 3 piece egg yolks
  • 25 cl whipping cream
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Preparation (5 steps)

Melted chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Put 180 g of dark chocolate broken into pieces in the Thermomix bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of water. Melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Addition of butter and egg yolks

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 15 g of butter cut into pieces and 3 egg yolks to the melted chocolate. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Whipped cream

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

Insert the whisk. Pour 25 cl of whipping cream and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar into the Thermomix bowl. Whisk for 2 Min./Stufe 3.5.

Incorporation of cream into chocolate

Remove the whisk. Gently pour the whipped cream into the bowl containing the chocolate. Mix gently with a spatula so as not to break the cream.

Refrigeration

Divide the mousse into individual ramekins. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the mousse to set.
