Description

These dark chocolate muffins are a real treat for breakfast or a snack! I often prepare them for my children and they disappear in the blink of an eye. The recipe is very simple and quick, perfect for when you want something delicious but don't have much time available. The bitter cocoa gives an intense flavor and the chocolate chips add a sweet and crunchy note. They can be enjoyed warm or cold, accompanied by a glass of milk or a cup of tea. Try them, they are irresistible!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Bitter cocoa
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Chocolate chips
  • Seed oil
  • Whole milk
  • Eggs

Preparation (6 steps)

Dry ingredients in the bowl

Pour the flour, bitter cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt into the bowl. Mix to combine the ingredients. 10 Sec./Stufe 3

Addition of liquid ingredients

Incorporate the chocolate chips

Add the chocolate chips to the bowl. Gently mix with the spatula to distribute them evenly in the dough. 10 Sec./Linkslauf Stufe 2

Pour the dough into the molds

Divide the dough into muffin cups, filling them up to three quarters. With this dose you should get about 12 muffins.

Baking in the oven

Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 17 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick.

Cooling

When the dark chocolate muffins are cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool before serving.
